This vintage Mid-Century limited edition (number 152/275) lithograph is by Panamanian American artist, Keith Llewellyn De Carlo (1925-1981). It depicts a bull and sun in vibrant red, yellow, black and grey. This print is signed by the artist and includes the verification of authenticity by the Collector's Guild Ltd. Printed in Paris, France.

De Carlo was born in Panama and joined the US Marines at the age of 18 where he fought in World War II. After the war, he became an American citizen and studied art at The Art Student’s League in New York. He later moved to Europe to study at the École des Beaux-Arts and the Académie de la Grande Chaumière in Paris, France and the Escuela de Bellas Artes in Barcelona, Spain. De Carlo worked as a print maker, illustrator, and muralist. He created murals in the United Sates, France, Spain, and the Netherlands and created many of his illustrations and lithographs while living in Paris.

Great condition with vintage wear on the frame. The lines on the first photo are a reflection of the tripod.
