This Mid-Century Modern high back lounge chair was designed by Milo Baughman in the 1960's. It has an oak frame and has been professionally reupholstered in black naugahyde. When used in a reclined position, the upholstered footrest comes out from underneath the chair. 

Great condition with age appropriate wear on the frame. See images.
