Set of Two Danish Modern Rosewood Boxes by Bodil Eje for Alfred Klitgaard

685.00

This set of two vintage Mid-Century solid rosewood boxes was designed by Bodil Eje for Alfred Klitgaard in the 1950's, Denmark.  They each have a yellow ceramic tile inset in the lid. The flat box has an adjustable divider. Both boxes are stamped underneath Klitgaard, Denmark. Can be used as jewelry boxes or for anything else.  Beautiful just as decorative boxes, too.

Great vintage condition, but the tall box does have some nicks on several of the corners.  See images.
